Health Watch Australia offers workshops to equip managers with an awareness and understanding of the challenges facing them and their teams. This series is designed to assist managers to navigate the challenges facing organisations.

All workshops are delivered in person by highly qualified and experienced psychologists.

Recovering Post-Covid: Supporting Your People and Building Your Organisation

The aim of this program is to provide managers with an understanding of different levels of intervention (cultural, interpersonal, and intrapersonal) and strategies to assist in building a supportive and mentally healthy workplace.
