Immunisation Nurse

Health Watch Australia, Victoria’s largest Flu Vaccination Provider are looking to hire (Division 1) Immunisation Nurses to work during our annual Flu Vaccination Program. Starting late March to late June. Nurses travel to locations with an assistant who will help them facilitate the program. Nurses are not expected to visit clients on their own nor are they expected to keep and maintain vaccines at home. Nurses will be provided with a uniform and badge and are expected to uphold the professionalism expected of Health Watch Australia.

Health Watch Australia is the largest Government Flu Vaccine Provider in Victoria and have contracts including Court Services Victoria and the Department of Justice so Police checks and fingerprinting may be performed on potential applicants. Vaccination Program Facilitator/Concierge

We are seeking casual employees to join our team during our annual Flu Vaccination Program. The Program runs for approximately 12 weeks between March and June.

The role of the Facilitator is to assist the nurse during our Flu Vaccination Sessions. The facilitator screens the participants and gets them to confirm their details or complete an online booking before they see the nurse for their vaccination.

Facilitators must have a current driver’s licence and a reliable car and are expected to drive the nurses around to each job. For logistical reasons, please include the suburb you live in on your resume.

In addition to the hourly rate, facilitators are paid for every km they travel to and from our despatch centre in Oakleigh and for any travel between jobs.

– Flexible days available between Monday and Friday

– You can work 1-5 days per week

– No experience necessary (you will be trained by us)

Medical Receptionist – BEAUMARIS

PART-TIME 20 – 25 HOURS

We are seeking PERMANENT PART -TME receptionists to join our well-established family-owned medical centre in Beaumaris.

We are looking for friendly, customer-focused receptionists who will provide excellent customer service to our large patient base both on the phone and in person.

The roles include front-end reception, making appointments, billing, maintaining patient records, liaising with GP’s and other administrative duties.

Hours are flexible and days of week are negotiable, and the hours will be rostered between Monday and Friday.

Previous experience and knowledge of Pracsoft and Medical Director is an advantage but not essential. We are willing to train the right person for the position.

We are seeking motivated, dedicated staff with a positive work ethic and excellent communication skills.
