Health Checks
Our on-site cardiovascular and diabetes health check programs are comprehensive and efficient, covering important aspects of cardiovascular health, and diabetes prevention, as well as general health and wellbeing, lifestyle and mental health wellness. Our packages can be specifically tailored for your staff and may include but are not limited to:
- Australian Diabetes Risk Assessment Tool (ADRAT) Life score evaluation
- Waist Circumference
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Blood glucose testing (on site, random non-fasting finger prick blood test)
- Total cholesterol testing (on site, random non-fasting finger prick blood test)
- Blood Pressure evaluation
- Resting Heart Rate
- Lifestyle evaluation (Smoking, alcohol consumption, Diet & Nutrition, Physical Activity)

Following the completion of your company’s employee on-site health checks, you will receive a detailed, de-identified executive summary outlining our salient findings. This report will cover features such as:
- Participation rates and demographics
- A baseline health profile of your employees including cardiovascular and diabetes risk evaluations
- Insights into the current health and wellbeing of your company’s employees including weight management, physical activity, nutrition, lifestyle (e.g. smoking, alcohol) and any self-reported psychological issues
- Others as required
The information outlined in this report will allow your company to explore ways of improving the overall health and wellbeing of your employees and help develop future health and wellbeing initiatives such as educational and/or health management programs, health monitoring, interval changes and others.
